HRH (Dr.) Edmund M. Daukoru CON, (Non-Exec. Chairman) Dr. Daukoru is an internationally recognised energy expert, diplomat and administrator with over 35 years oil and gas industry experience. He started his oil industry career in 1972 at Shell International Petroleum Company and rose to the position of Chief Geologist before being appointed General Manager Shell Western Division, Nigeria. Dr. Daukoru was also Executive Director Exploration and Deep Water at Shell Nigeria. In 1992, he was appointed the Group Managing Director (GMD) of NNPC, becoming the first Nigerian to move from an IOC to head the government owned oil and gas company. Dr. Daukoru was also appointed Presidential Adviser on Petroleum and Energy in 2003 and was later appointed Minister of State for Energy in 2005. About the same year he was made the Minister of Energy (petroleum and power). During this time he also held the position of President of Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC). HRM is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Ltd (NLNG). He holds a PhD in Geology from the Imperial College, London, UK.
Emmanuel Nkogbu is a seasoned mechanical engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a Master’s in oil and gas engineering, bringing over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. With extensive experience in quality control, subsea umbilical’s, wells, drilling operations, project management, process optimization, failure analysis, risk assessment, offshore engineering, ensuring the integrity, safety, and efficiency of critical subsea infrastructure.
Currently serving as a Quality Control Engineer and Subsea Umbilical Expert in the UK, Emmanuel has played a key role in the inspection, testing, and certification of subsea systems, ensuring compliance with international industry standards such as API, ISO, and DNV. His ability to optimize manufacturing processes, conduct failure analysis, and implement quality assurance strategies has contributed to the success of multiple onshore / offshore projects.
Dr. Festus Ogunmola (Finance Director) Festus is a Chartered Accountant and Banker. He has 30 years’ experience in international Banking and business development with particular emphasis and expertise in Compliance, Corporate and Risk Management. He has enjoyed executive roles with First National Bank of Chicago, Barclays Bank in the UK and while based in London, was CFO for HM the Queen Mother’s Nursing Institute and Fund. As well as his current role as Senior Executive President of AFS Group, He is chairman of both Zuluss.com where he has responsibility for E-Commerce business growth in Nigeria and Ghana and of Osher Golden where he oversees African operations. His reputation for corporate transparency and accountability has complemented his entrepreneurial skills and earned him respect and recognition both in the UK and in Africa. He is currently the Group Chief Executive of Goldcet Africa Plc
HRH (Chief) Engr. Godhead D. S. Nteogwuija-Inituk (Non-Executive Director) HRH Nteogwuija is a seasoned Engineer with almost 30 years experience. He is currently the Managing Director of two engineering firms based out of Port-Harcourt which offers various services to multinational oil and gas companies in Nigeria such as Total, Shell, Agip, etc. One of his companies – Alps Services Ltd – is a well-known oil services company providing full spectrum safety equipment and services for the oil industry in Nigeria. Chief Nteogwujia is a respected first class traditional ruler. He has held several high level positions such Publicity Secretary Traditional Rulers Council, Secretary Corrosion Association of Nigeria PH Branch etc. He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port-Harcourt and Honeywell University, Dubai, UAE. He is a member of several professional bodies such as Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE), Nigeria Corrosion Association (NICA), Council for the Regulation of Engineering of Nigeria (COREN), amongst others.
