HRH (Chief Engr.) Godhead D. S. Nteogwuija-Inituk (Non-Executive Director) HRH Nteogwuija is a seasoned Engineer with almost 30 years experience. He is currently the Managing Director of two engineering firms based out of Port-Harcourt which offers various services to multinational oil and gas companies in Nigeria such as Total, Shell, Agip, etc. One of his companies – Alps Services Ltd – is a well-known oil services company providing full spectrum safety equipment and services for the oil industry in Nigeria. Chief Nteogwujia is a respected first class traditional ruler. He has held several high level positions such Publicity Secretary Traditional Rulers Council, Secretary Corrosion Association of Nigeria PH Branch etc. He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port-Harcourt and Honeywell University, Dubai, UAE. He is a member of several professional bodies such as Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE), Nigeria Corrosion Association (NICA), Council for the Regulation of Engineering of Nigeria (COREN), amongst others.
Douglas, Diepriye Dimkpa (Contracts & Procurement Lead) Mr. Dimkpa is a seasoned administrator, strategic manager and financial analyst with over twenty-four (24) years training and experience in diverse fields of Finance & Accounts, Procurement/Supply Chain Management, Administration, Marketing, Energy Economics and Project Management. He was Finance Manager at Africa Oilfield Services Limited where he also doubled as Agency Finance/Internal Audit Manager. He also worked with BM Energy Limited, in the UK as Procurement Co-ordinator before joining Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority where he became Director, Investment Promotions. Douglas recently worked with Belemaoil Producing Limited, as Head of Supply Chain. He has a Bsc (Hons.) degree in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and MSc degree in Energy Studies with specialization in Oil & Gas Economics at CEPMLP, Univ. of Dundee, UK.
Ebinimi Beredugu (Public & Community Dev. Lead) Ebinimi is a highly experienced legal practitioner with 20 years post qualification experience. He has worked closely with Host Communities in the Niger delta region representing them in negotiations with energy companies. At various times he advised oil an gas companies such as Agip, TotalElf, Aiteo, Atlantic Refinery etc. His practical knowledge has helped some oil and gas operators navigate thorny issues in their areas of operations thus engendering cordial relations between energy firms and Host Communities. Prior to joining Quasands, Ebinimi was principal partner at a private legal practice based out of Port-Harcourt, the oil capital of Nigeria. He specialises in environmental law, corporate governance and human rights law. Beredugu holds LLB in law from the University of Lagos and a BL from the Nigerian Law School.
